Hello!

Hi everyone! My name is Sai Patlola, and I am proud to be your Chief Operating Officer at Crementum. I’m always happy to meet new people and listen to new ideas and perspectives! My main goal is making free tutoring nationally accessible by expanding Crementum's reach across the country.

I am a junior at Redlands High School and have earned 5s on multiple AP tests, including Precalculus and Euro, and have experience teaching middle schoolers subjects like Python and Math through programs I am involved in. Outside of academics, I’ve created tools for non-profit organizations and I've competed on my school’s speech and debate team since my freshman year. My awards include qualifying to both the NSDA (National Speech and Debate Tournament) along with the State tournament two times. I hope to combine my tutoring experience along with my speech experience to help anyone understand a topic simply, no matter how complex it is.

As the Chief Operating Officer, I will oversee the operations of the organization to ensure everything is running smoothly and brainstorm ideas to scale the organization and improve the tutoring experience for everyone. I’m looking forward to meeting and working with everyone!
